This Sunday night (yes, SUNDAY night) I'll be performing at D.R. Diggers at 604 Country Fair Dr., in Champaign, from 8-11pm. I'll be "testing" out some of the new material, sharing from "Become Golden", and of course a boat load of expertly chosen covers from the 70's thru today!
Do something unusual and go out on SUNDAY night! Be a trend-setter!

Making A New Record!
Friends-
So I feel a new record lurking around the corner, so I've begun recording the as-yet untitled release. I began with a song called "Do You"? and it turned out really well I think. I hear piano parts that I never recorded in it. Weird. Anyway- I'm thinking about posting this record in process to some degree. I'd love feedback if I should do this and we could use the guestbook on the site as a way of relaying that feedback. What do you think?

SILVERCREEK HAPPY HOUR 6-8PM FRIDAY
This Friday I'll be playing my monthly first friday gig at Silvercreek Restaurant on Race St. in Urbana. Ring in the fall with some cool drinks and tasty tunes!

Got a call from Jim Cross today (thursday). He wants me to fill in for a cancelled show this Saturday Night at Hubers on Church Street in Champaign. So, I know this is short notice but COME ON OUT!
Summer Pictures
Here's a group of pix from a couple of recent gigs. I played at QuadDay at the University Of Illinois for the St. Johns Catholic Newman Ctr. Cookout and sprained my ankle 10 minutes before I went on! My wife Cindy, and my kids-Daniel and Ariana came to the rescue with ice, a wrap, and some Alleve! That helped greatly!
A couple of days later I played at Biaggis, a swank Italian Restaurant in Champaign, at their Outdoor Patio Music Series. It was PERFECT weather and a packed house! The family came along and took these pix. Most were taken by my son Daniel (who has a good eye, I think). Enjoy!
Next show is Friday, Sept. 5th, at Silvercreek Restaurant, from 6-8 pm for the Happy Hour Crowd! This is a regular monthly gig (1st Friday of every month) and is a REAL treat! The patrons are warm, friendly, artsy, and fun and the staff is amazing! C'mon out this Friday and start your weekend right!
